Refund & Cancellation Policies

Let's face it, life happens. If you need to reschedule, give Nikoma & Co. 48hrs notice and your deposit can be transferred toward your next scheduled appointment. Appointment deposits are not refundable and are only transferrable if Nikoma & Co. is notified at least 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment that you need to cancel/reschedule.

Nikoma & Co. cannot reasonably guarantee the outcome of any permanent cosmetic procedure since several outside factors effect the end result of the procedure including, but not limited to skin type, skin conditions, smoking, not following the aftercare instructions, medications, metabolism, sun exposure, moisture, touching the tattooed area, diet, drinking, age, having realistic expectations, and other medical and environmental factors. Therefore, Nikoma & Co. does not offer refunds for any services provided.
